In all Kilgarriff notes 21 of her songs that were published, though it has to be said she did not get the acknowledgement that she perhaps deserved from the historians.However in 1892 Sickert painted her portrait and she hangs in the Tate Gallery.This and other of her songs were written by Richard Morton (died 1921) wrote a number of major music hall song lyrics but none so famous as Ta-ra-ra Boom-de ay.The composer Orlando Powell( 1867-1915).
