Specially bound in maroon leather. This book has a presentation plate on inside front cover stating that it was presented to "Harold Holt Esq." and is number 447 of a limited edition. The first 49 pages include B&W illustrations and colour plate, chapters on the history of Tobacco and the habit, and the history of Benson & Hedges. The second part of the book contains colour plates ( some tissue protected ) of famous brands of cigarettes and tobaccos, specimen press advertisments and Window displays. Fabulous vintage pictures. The leather covers have some light edgewear , light marks, and small amount of damage to spine ends, otherwise very good. A very RARE book!. Full-Leather. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
