Corners of the dustwrapper are rubbed as are the fold over edges. There is generalised fading and rubbing of the wrapper. Minor creasing of the edges of the dustwrapper. The remains of a price sticker on the bottom right-hand corner of the front fold over. This book was produced by the agricultural department of Australia to help people living in monsoon/tropical areas to choose trees for their gardens wisely, with an eye for provision of shade and shelter..
